Character
Tsomanotor Oravaya
56th king of Araze and the most famous of the Oravaya dynasty: he restored peace, wrote the great laws and founded Oravaya Prime.

Tsomanotor Oravaya is the 56th king of Araze and the most famous of the Oravaya dynasty — the most famous, the archivists say, of every king Araze has ever borne. He reigned in a world no living Arazian could recognise: the Cyborg war did not yet exist, and the machines had not been invented.
He was born at 31h22 in Flyrium City, in the region of Torrino.
He who gave back the peace
Tsomanotor inherited an empire tired of fighting. He made of it an empire at peace — and it is for that, before anything else, that his name has crossed the ages.
The archivists do not agree on how he managed it. They agree on the result: under his reign, Araze stopped counting its dead.
The great laws
He wrote new and important laws, several of which are still applied today, thousands of years and three dynasties later. Arazians simply call them the laws of Tsomanotor — nobody has thought it useful to give them another name.
The builder
Three of the great cities of Araze came out of his will:
- Oravaya Prime, which he founded and which bears the name of his house — to this day the imperial capital and the seat of power;
- Azamantique City, built within the Azamantic Ocean;
- Azet 909.
He also had the first arazium blade forged — the one that opened the Waxatic age, the age of swords and of the old warrior cultures. Machines did not yet exist; the Empire knew only metal, fire and the hand.
The atakar
It is to him that the Codex credits the discovery of the atakar, the great cold-blooded blue lion with three antennae, which lives five hundred years. The animal has appeared on the Oravaya banners ever since.
The regicide of Oromo
Tsomanotor was killed by his own brother, Oromo Oravaya, who wanted the throne in his place.
He did not get it. Oromo did not reign a single day: he ended in prison, and history has kept of him nothing but the name of the brother he killed.
His tomb
He rests in the imperial cemetery of Atem 9, with all the kings and queens of Araze. His tomb is made of arazium, gold and diamond — an honour paid to his power and his worth, and one no king after him has received in the same terms.
The inscriptions on it are in Arazian, in the script of his time. They have never been removed.
